Descriptions
Everything is hand made and therefore each piece is individual. Every attempt is made to give exact dimensions but please only use as a guide.
Commissions
A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation for a commission to be undertaken. This deposit is non-refundable. Commissions will only be despatched once payment has arrived and cleared.
Postage and Packaging
All pieces are quoted using Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders. Special Delivery is fully insured and a guaranteed next day delivery service requiring a signiture on delivery.
All orders are packaged safely to arrive as you would expect to recieve it.
Delivery Time
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time on all orders, pieces will be made to order and not held as stock.
Returns
Returns are only offered if damaged, broken or incomplete. Please contact us within 48 hours by email or phone call with details of damage, a replacement or repair can then be arranged. If the item has been damaged or broken and is not a manufacturing fault a repair will be offered with a charge.
Payments
Aimee Winstone can only accept cheque payments at this time. Orders will only be disbatched after payment has cleared.
Pricing
Aimee Winstone reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or material cost increases.
Privacy Policy
All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information given to me at the time of ordering will be used only by Aimee Winstone and will not be distributed to any companies or individuals.
